Nick is the Founder and CEO of Rowan, bringing more than 45 years of experience in real estate investment, development and asset management. Educated at Dulwich College and the University of Reading, he has also completed a Master's course in Regenerative Food and Farming at Schumacher College. A strategic thinker and leader, Nick enjoys sailing, has competed in motor racing and rides enduro motorcycles. At home in Sussex, he is creating a nature-positive landscape across 15 acres of countryside.

George has more than 20 years' experience in the commercial property sector, specialising in investment and development funding across the UK. Formerly Head of Agency at Alder King in Exeter, he founded Altitude in 2010 and has built a strong track record advising investors, developers and funding partners. As a trusted strategic partner to Rowan, George brings extensive expertise in structuring funding solutions and unlocking opportunities across a wide range of projects.
Tom Vantreen
Asset & Property Management Partner – Altitude lead
Tom has more than 20 years' experience in the commercial property sector, specialising in asset management. He spent 10 years in London with JLL and DTZ, advising office occupiers and institutional clients before bringing his expertise to a wide range of asset management projects. Working alongside Rowan, Tom provides strategic insight focused on enhancing asset performance and creating long-term value.
Freddie Eyston
Asset & Property Management Partner – Altitude lead??
Freddie has six years' experience in the commercial property sector, specialising in asset management and investment analysis. Previously with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and Colliers in Bristol, he combines strong analytical skills with a detailed understanding of property markets, supporting Rowan through investment analysis, asset management and strategic decision-making.
Ali Ovessi
Asset & Property Management Partner – Capital Management
Ali Oveissi has extensive experience raising institutional capital across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, with a particular focus on alternative investments. He has structured partnerships between leading investment managers and global institutional investors. He is Managing Partner at W1K Group, while advising Middle Eastern family offices and serving as senior / strategic advisor to several alternative investment funds and investment advisory firms.
Previously, Ali headed special investments at a single family office in the UK and worked as an investment banker at Barclays Capital covering the Middle East. He is a shareholder in a Saudi investment holding company. Ali studied at the London School of Economics.

Aitua Ekhaese is the Managing Partner of North Hill Advisory Partners, a Corporate Finance Advisory firm. Aitua is a member of the Board of Trustees for Astia - a US Based non-profit organisation supporting venture investment opportunities. Aitua is a Strategic Advisor to Partanna (US) and Gulf Islamic Investment (UAE).
Prior to North Hill, Aitua was a Partner at Havenvest Private Equity Middle East, a private equity firm focused on growth capital and buyout opportunities in the MENA region. The firm managed gross assets of $1.2 billion. Prior to Havenvest, Aitua was a Director at Aspen Advisory Services, a London based private family investment office. Before Aspen, Aitua was the Head of Investment Banking and Co-Head of Corporate Finance at Saudi International Bank, London.
Aitua is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester in the UK.
